This website is the digital document of an ongoing project about uncertainty and connection. It is uncertain and composed of chapters—film, writing, photobook, collage, painting.

Tomiris Tatisheva is a multimedia artist from Almaty, Kazakhstan, currently residing in New York City. I am a recent graduate of Columbia University, where I studied English, History, and Visual Art. I’m moved by honest expression and devoted to it.

I have experience in film, editorial design, translation and art education, where I worked with children, the elderly, and individuals with Down Syndrome. I’m open to and excited by collaboration in the arts, and large, intense, and devoted, work environments.
